Patrick Manus, President
W. Patrick Manus founded Sound Deposition Services, Inc., in late 2003. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Patrick operates the day to day activities for the entire company. He also serves on the company's board of directors. Patrick has 30 years experience in the sales and marketing with 20 years focused entirely in the legal industry. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where he played football on an athletic scholarship. Patrick was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in 1976. Patrick is married and has two children. He is a member of the Better Business Bureau, STAR, California Court Reporting Association and The National Court Reporting Association. Karmen Avedisian
Karmen is Sound’s General Manager and Court Reporter Liaison. She brings twelve years of court reporting experience to our company, from production of transcripts to billing and case management. Most of our clients know Karmen as our calendaring manager, but she is also responsible for researching competitive rates around the country for large cases. Karmen has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is one of the founding members of Sound since 2004. Karmen can be reached at kavedisian@sounddepo.com.

Lynda Amsell
Lynda is Sound’s West Coast Sales and Marketing Manager. She has been with Sound since its inception in late 2003. Lynda is responsible for both business development and marketing design for our company. She also works very closely with operations and has close relationships with our reporters. Prior to coming to Sound, she obtained her law degree and has ten years professional sales experience. Lynda can be reached at lamsell@sounddepo.com.

Ron Kelly
Ron Kelly brings over nine years of litigation support experience to the Sound team. Ron’s responsibilities as Director of New Business Development are focused on introducing Sound’s services to law firms in the Southern California market. Ron comes to us from the Litigation/Document management Industry. Ron is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he played football. His B.S. is in Finance and Accounting. Ron is certified in Concordance case map, Ringtail, and very knowledgeable with the entire EDD processes. Ron can be reached at rkelly@sounddepo.com.

David Zubia
David is Sound’s National Production Manager. He receives, coordinates and produces all of our transcripts. He is responsible for all electronic deliverables to our clients. In addition to the legal aspect of our business, David also manages the creative side of Sound. He produces our business cards and marketing materials. Morgue ("Morgan") Marcus
Morgan is Sound’s Client Services Manager. He is responsible for assisting clients in locating and tracking down transcripts, ensuring delivery and helping you in any way necessary. He also assists in calendar. He interacts with reporters on a regular basis to schedule jobs and receive transcripts in a timely manner. Spencer Benveniste
Spencer Benveniste is Sound’s newest addition. He runs our technology department, shooting videotaped depositions and managing the digitizing/synchronization process. Spencer’s training in the field developed from his years working in his family’s legal videography business. In his spare time, he also produces independent movies.
